Secure Online Ordering
Orders can
be placed online via a secure server. Your order will be confirmed by
email when received. Confirmation will include the price of your
basket(s) plus shipping & handling (if applicable) and tax. Orders
may be paid by check, money order or we accept MasterCard and Visa.
If you are
not comfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet, we would
be happy to take your order over the phone,
(330) 379-3341 or by fax (330) 762-0912. If paying with a personal check or money order, your basket order
will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Checks and money orders made
out to United Disability Services can be mailed to 701 S. Main St., Akron,
OH 44311-1019. Returned checks will incur a $25
fee.

10% - $1,250 or more
Shipping
and Handling
The shipping and handling charge is $10.50 per basket shipped. Shipping is
available in the continental U.S. only. Baskets will be shipped within
two (2) business days after placing an order. Separate orders must be placed for
each "ship to" address.
If you need express shipping
methods, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed
deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses
including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.
Recycled boxes with the message: "We recycle to
help the environment" are used for shipping. If you would like new boxes,
please specify.
During the summer months our baskets containing chocolate are available for
pickup only. Shipping of these baskets will resume in September.
Return
Policy
While customer satisfaction is very important to us, all sales are final.
In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will
refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees), at your request.
Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address,
or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees.
